Refund policy

At Shred Supply Co, we want to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Because we use an automated fulfillment system to process orders efficiently for our Australian customers, our return process is designed to be streamlined and digital.

14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label. To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@shredsupplyco.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label via email (usually within 24–48 hours) if the product is not the product you ordered, or is faulty. The Customer may be required to pay for return shipping if the product is returned for other reasons.   

  3. We will provide specific instructions on how and where to drop off your package.

  4. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  5. A 15% restocking fee may apply, depending on the nature of the reasons for returning the product.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@shredsupplyco.com.au so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

To get your replacement item as quickly as possible, we utilize a "Return and Re-order" system. We do not offer direct one-to-one exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item using the process above. Once your return is accepted and your refund is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item at any time. This ensures the fastest shipping and accurate tracking for your new package.

Refunds

We will notify you once the supplier has received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@shredsupplyco.com.au.
