Shipping to Australia

We primarily serve the Australian market. Please review our shipping timeframes below to ensure they meet your requirements before placing an order.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed automatically via our fulfillment system.

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Estimates

Because we ship directly from international warehouses to your door in Australia, shipping times are longer than traditional local retail.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 15–25 business days.

  • Maximum Delivery Window: In some cases (such as peak seasons or customs delays), delivery can take up to 30–35 days.

Please note: "Business days" do not include weekends or Australian public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your tracking number is active, you can monitor your package’s journey. Please allow 3–5 days for the tracking information to update in the system after you receive your initial dispatch email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For most orders delivered to Australia, GST and customs duties are handled at the point of sale or are within duty-free limits for personal imports. However, Shred Supply Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 40 days of purchase, please contact us at info@shredsupplyco.com.au. We will investigate the tracking with our fulfillment provider and, if the item is deemed lost, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We utilize an automated system; once an order is processed, we are unable to redirect packages. Shred Supply Co is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
